Acid Tank Lining is essential for protecting your tank from long-term damage. As part of our process, we drain the entire unit to inspect it thoroughly. This ensures any potential corrosion or wear is identified early, helping to extend the lifespan of your tank.

We fully recommend using our specialist polypropylene lining to protect your acid tank against corrosion that can result from the stainless-steel structure.

This type of tank is usually heated, which can seriously affect the lifespan of your equipment. We can also fit an insulation layer behind our lining that will reduce your energy bills quite substantially without affecting the protection benefits.

The Procedure for Acid Tank Lining

It is important to act swiftly should you notice an issue with your acid tank lining. Leaks can prove to be very damaging and expensive to fix so get in touch as soon as you notice anything untoward.

Our bespoke flexible lining works to not only repair any corrosion related leaks but will also create a shell between the liquid and the surface of your acid tank.

Your downtime is reduced due to the swift installation process, and this will work even under high temperatures that are usually part and parcel of your acid tank’s operation process.

The old lining is removed and replaced with our flexible material giving your acid tank a new lease of life.

Polypropylene is both flexible and resistant to alkalis and acids and will extend the lifespan of your acid tank in a positive way.

We manage a large residential block and recently reached out to Echo to quote to reline two water tanks that were failing. An absolute fantastic service all round. A quote was received within a day or so. Works were booked in and communication was excellent. We were really impressed with the engineers on the day. They communicated well on the day in terms of the plan of action. Once the work was complete, they ensured all areas were left clean and tidy. A follow up report post works was sent very soon after the works.

I contacted Echo Square on behalf of a client of mine who urgently needed her Victorian underground Cistern re lined. The work was quoted for promptly and the work carried out to a high standard by the engineers who were courteous and friendly despite their long drive to site. My client was very impressed and so grateful to have her Cistern back in working order.
