We employ EPDM which is perfect for providing a protective lining for your sprinkler tank concerns. Compared to butyl lining, which is the more traditional option for sprinkler tanks, EPDM is extremely long lasting and effective for protection.

Instead of needing to replace your entire sprinkler tank system, we can often repair the lining and extend the lifespan thus avoiding the more expensive option.

Sprinkler Tank Lining and Relining process explained

Our expert engineers will usually close your sprinkler tank system and then tag your pumps and any power supplies immediately.

We take between 24 and 36 hours to then drain your tank depending on the actual capacity and size.

We use bespoke ventilation gear to ensure everything adheres to safety regulations before removing any remaining water in your tank.

The tank panel is usually then remove to allow us access to the existing lining system.

We will then replace it and clean any surfaces swiftly and thoroughly.

Using stainless steel eyelets we will place a matting bag before refitting the panel system in place.

Once all of the equipment has been removed we will refill your sprinkler tank system and check for any leaks.

This entire process will take around 4 days to complete in total.

We manage a large residential block and recently reached out to Echo to quote to reline two water tanks that were failing. An absolute fantastic service all round. A quote was received within a day or so. Works were booked in and communication was excellent. We were really impressed with the engineers on the day. They communicated well on the day in terms of the plan of action. Once the work was complete, they ensured all areas were left clean and tidy. A follow up report post works was sent very soon after the works.

I contacted Echo Square on behalf of a client of mine who urgently needed her Victorian underground Cistern re lined. The work was quoted for promptly and the work carried out to a high standard by the engineers who were courteous and friendly despite their long drive to site. My client was very impressed and so grateful to have her Cistern back in working order.
