As with all water tanks, sprinkler tank polyurethane repair system sprinkler systems are prone to deterioration and damage as time goes on. Tank replacement is extremely costly, but the great news is that we can often offer a repair that means you save both time and expense.

Our expert engineers will look at any existing repairs in place before placing a protective layer of our corrosive resistant coating to the surface.

We will need to take a full assessment before applying this fix just to ensure that every issue and remedy has been investigated completely.

Sprinkler Tank Epoxy Repair Process Explained

Here we discuss what is entailed when our engineers carry out the bespoke repair process for your sprinkler tank system.

Our engineers begin any prep work needed for repairs
The system is then isolated
Electrical tagging of all supplies takes place
The tank is drained
This takes around 36 hours depending on the size of the tank
Ventilation equipment is placed in your empty tank
Any remaining water/silt and sediment is pumped away
All permits and method statements are checked
We prep the internal surface before applying the new lining

If the surface has been damaged considerably we will use grit blasting to remove any corrosion that exists.

Our bespoke Surface Tolerant Coating is then applied after preparation has taken place.

We then seal the area with a compound that is brushed over the surface.

After applying a three coat epoxy system it is left for 24 hours to cure completely.

The entire process will take up to 7 days before you are able to continue using your sprinkler tank and enjoy the improved performance fully.

We manage a large residential block and recently reached out to Echo to quote to reline two water tanks that were failing. An absolute fantastic service all round. A quote was received within a day or so. Works were booked in and communication was excellent. We were really impressed with the engineers on the day. They communicated well on the day in terms of the plan of action. Once the work was complete, they ensured all areas were left clean and tidy. A follow up report post works was sent very soon after the works.

I contacted Echo Square on behalf of a client of mine who urgently needed her Victorian underground Cistern re lined. The work was quoted for promptly and the work carried out to a high standard by the engineers who were courteous and friendly despite their long drive to site.
